"This restaurant is the place you shouldnt miss if you are in Koh Koot. Super fresh local seafoods. My favorite and surprised dish is scallops. Tom Yum Poh Taag wide my eyes. The dish i forgot to take photo is steamed crabs. That was amazing sweet fresh juicy. We jumped all since landed to our table. What i missed is Sashimi. I saw other table and look so good to try"

"Fresh, delicious seafood with good service! We went back here to have dinner 3 days in a row. We do love catch of the day fish and custom our own menus, squid is super fresh as well, food is slow but cooked very well so just prepare to get there in advance before you get hungry and you will be okay! Highly recommended!"

"I really enjoyed the food at Ra Beang Mai while staying at Baan Klong Jao homestay. All the items I tasted were delicious and well prepared. The ambience and location is amazing, it’s right on the river that goes to the sea through the mangrove forest! Sitting at this restaurant for hours, I watched thousands of fishes roaming in the clear water of the river. Amazing!"

"Excellent Thai seafood. As good as it gets. The fried fish with lemongrass salad was the best fried fish dish I have had anywhere. Everything else was delicious as well. The seafood is still alive in large pools. You get to pick you fish, crab, scallops, etc. The setting is beautiful, outside deck seating on a beautiful green river backdropped by jungle."

"A great seafood family style restaurant with a tranquil, warm atmosphere by the water. Staff were very friendly and attentive throughout. We ordered their special tamarind prawns which was worth every baht. Highly recommended! Portions were all larger than expected and there was clearly attention to detail and quality in all dishes."
